Count To Three: Relaxing Herbal Tea
Ingredients include Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Oat Tops, Lavender and Rose Hips
Directions: Steep 1/2 - 1 Tablespoon of dried herbs in hot water for 5-10 mins.
