This Hibiscus Oxymel is a combination of Hibiscus, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Honey. It is packed full of antioxidants and Vitamin C. Studies have shown that hibiscus is linked to lowering blood pressure, cholesterol, and stabilizing sugar in the blood. It has also been linked to an increase in detoxifying enzymes which is fantastic for kidney and liver health. The list goes on with this nutrient-dense powerhouse herb. Herbalist Tip: Add half an ounce of the elixir to a small glass with ice, then add 6 oz of soda water (I really like it with lime flavored soda water). Apple Cider Vinegar does create a tart taste, to even it out, add a bit more honey or your fave sweetener. Could also be a wonderful syrup base for your favorite cocktail. Have fun with it.
